The company was owned 54% by ourselves and 46% by Robertson International Ltd through the Turks and Caicos Islands. The company was awarded ten terminals on a four year contract.  Sold our shares after year two as things were becoming too politically involved.

Broadway Consolidated Plc  (IOM Company) owned 3 offshore oil concessions off Liberia. After proving up the company and the concessions were sold on to Chevron, in 2014 / 2015.

British Aerospace, has been a shareholder of the ATE group and has partnered with Thales France, making it a world leader in its engineering field.
